Louis Erard offers a complimentary 14-day return period for all timepieces, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your Swiss-made investment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your watch.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the timepiece in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and certificates, ensuring the item is securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Use the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team to ensure your return is tracked and protected against loss or damage during delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
